Weight & fat percentage is lower now, gained 5% protein

Personally quite happy with the result, I only had Oatler either as breakfast/lunch for the past weeks and I eat normally everyday. I think I have better digestive system now, toilet almost every morning! Last time I think every 2-3 days so I guess this is one of the changes after having Oatler daily :P

I must say this is a really great product! I love how convenient, nutritious and worry-free because I treasure my breakfast a lot! Breakfast has to be nutritious and fuel my day which oatler definitely 100% fit for it. After 2 weeks of taking oatler, I feel healthier, better bowel movement and more energetic! Side story of it is that I caught covid while Im on this pilot programme and what surprises me is that, Im taking oatler during my quarantine and my recovery, side effects and etc. are ALL GOOD! Catching covid definitely needs lots of nutritious elements to take care of our body and I feel good having oatler with me in my quarantine. aside of the perks of being super convenient and no need to trouble my family to get me food when its not convenient! totally recommending this to my friends and will be repurchasing!

Helps me to get healthy eating going

I know it's good to eat healthy but it's so difficult for me to put it into practice. I usually stop after 2-3 days but Project Glow-Up really helps to get me going. Im more aware of what I eat and make better food choices now.

Good! Definitely worth a try!

I was hesitated at first but decided to give it a try since the program is only 2-week long? Started it with the goal of reclaiming the healthy habits I put on halt to after MCO was lifted, but shredded 4kg unhealthy fat off my body (unintentionally) after just two weeks. Im amazed.
